What an absolute gem of a find. My Golf suffered catastrophic failure of the brakes which I knew would require extensive repairs. Being a VW I was really stressed about how much it would cost more than anything. From the very first phone call Dave couldn't be more helpful, , taking the time to go through what the symptoms were and putting a plan of action together, obviously hearing how distressed I was. They have just started a new system called Payment Assist meaning if the cost was between £200 and £1000 I could pay in four installments at 0% finance. Dave and the team were amazing, they were very honest about what work needed doing and what didn't and kept me in the loop with the progress, even sending automated text messages. To be honest, the Payment Assist sounded a bit too good to be true and I wasn't holding out much hope for it, but a small amount of info later and it was all set up, literally from start to finish in ten minutes. I couldn't recommend Westmoor MOT enough, literally lifesavers, best garage I've found in Newcastle, quality work and can spread the cost, won't be going anywhere else from now on. I have been going to the garage for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. As a young(ish) girl who knows nothing about cars I always worried that garages could take my eyes out without me knowing but I can trust Dave and the team. Excellent service every time.
